This lovely video of a colourblind man seeing in colour for the first time will make you weep

For his 66th birthday, William Reed’s family clubbed together to buy him a pair of Enchroma glasses, which help the colourblind see in colour.

Reed has been colourblind since birth, and his reaction to the world appearing before him in shades other than “mud” is absolutely heart-melting.

Reed’s family posted the video on Facebook and YouTube, where it has been watched and shared thousands of times.
